Spring is a natural time to begin a clearing out process, in your body, diet, and space. If you are feeling sluggish, things will be moving after this 75 minute practice. We will specifically be working with the lymph, lungs, kidneys, liver, and colon. You will also receive a handout of this practice to take home with you. This event is capped at 5 people, so don't wait to reserve your spot.
